Service Providers

Our service providers are carefully screened to determine competency as well as safety. This process includes a background investigation completed with finger printing. All service providers must have CPR and First Aid certifications and complete an annual TB screening. Continuing education and training is also required of our service providers.

Staff

In addition to our service providers, Concepts in Care also has well trained and friendly office coordinators. Our coordinators take pride in providing a compatible match of client and service provider by thoroughly assessing the needs and skills of each. Our coordinators work closely with our clients and their families to ensure maximum satisfaction and care.
